Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust is a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that is designed to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality real estate assets.

Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust ceased offering shares of its common stock for sale after September 30, 2009. The only shares of its common stock that will be issued after September 30, 2009 are through Total Realty Trust's Distribution Reinvestment Plan.

1 Selling substantially all real estate assets or a merger transaction is subject to shareholder approval. Total Realty Trust intends to effect a liquidity event within 10 years from the date its offering broke escrow in 2006. However, there can be no assurances that a liquidity event will occur within such time or at all.
